- Is it nearby your desired location?
- How much extra accommodation is available, suppose in case, some guests or relatives join your holiday home?
- Do they have DVD players, music CDs, internet and other entertainment options?
- Are there any places to visit nearby to make a day’s trip and return in the evening?
- Any special programs by the owner like local dances by local people or local musicians, other amusements, etc. would naturally add to your excitement.
- What customer support and amenities are they providing like laundry, extra bathrooms, bedrooms for guests if any?
- If old people are accompanying, you should find out whether they have wheel-chair pathways.
- Is there any hospital nearby only in case of an emergency?
- Are there some helpers if you find some problems with water taps, geyser, gas, jammed switches, etc.?
- Find out if any discount or seasonal offers are given by the owner?
Before making payments make an inspection of the property from the outside as well as inside to avoid surprises later.

vacation rentals. These are the normal things we consider while booking a hotel
